At Grand Slam Psych, we strive to help college, semi-pro, & professional athletes take their mental wellness to new heights. We take a holistic therapeutic approach that aims to: 1) help identify and work through roadblocks preventing you from performing your best, 2) get to know you as a fully complex individual, outside of your role as an athlete, & 3) attend to these other parts of you that may be struggling outside of your sport.

Therapy Services for LGBTQ+ Athletes
Dr. McCabe further specializes in work with Queer & Transgender athletes. She works with athletes who: 1) have experienced discrimination based on their sexual orientation and/or gender identity, 2) are closeted about their identity in their sport and/or other spheres of their lives, 3) are currently struggling with same-sex and/or polyamorous relationship dynamics, & 4) want to process their intersectional identites as an athlete and member of the LGBTQ+ community.
