Reach New Heights! Sports Performance Therapy Intensive: Train Your Mental Game

Flyer for the Reach New Heights! Sports Performance Therapy Intensive, a 3-hour mental performance session for athletes

3 hours | Fast · Flexible · Effective

Your mental game is just as trainable as your physical one, and sometimes you need real progress fast. This 3-hour sports performance therapy intensive is built for athletes who want to move past what’s holding them back and show up at their best, on and off the field.

It’s especially helpful if you are:

In-season and need meaningful mental progress without disrupting your schedule
Looking to reset your mindset before a new season begins
Stuck in a plateau, slump, or performance block that feels impossible to solve alone

In your session, we’ll get to the root of what’s in your way, work through mental roadblocks, and build concrete strategies for caring for your mind and body, so you can compete at the level you know you’re capable of.

Investment: $750 for new clients | $650 for existing clients
