Rates for Services
At Grand Slam Psych, you have different payment options. If your insurance is in network with us, you can see us for individual or group therapy through your plan’s benefits. If we are not in network, we can provide you with superbills to be partially reimbursed via your insurance’s out of network benefits. Each plan is different, so make sure to check with your plan’s customer service line. Therapy intensives are typically not covered by insurance.
Individual Therapy
In-network insurance: Copay or coninsurance (depends on your plan)
Private Pay or Out of Network:
Intake session: $225
Individual Therapy Sessions: $200
Limited sliding scale slots available (based on total household income; proof of income required).
Group Therapy
In-network insurance: Copay or coninsurance (depends on your plan)
Private Pay or Out of Network:
$75 per session

All Star DBT Therapy Intensive (3 hours)
New clients: $ 750
Existing clients: $ 650
No "I" in Team- Relationship Therapy Intensive (4 hours)
New clients: $ 850

Reach New Heights- Sports Performance Intensive (3 hours)
